Jordyn’s Closet, LLC – Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PROM ITEMS (Dresses/Shoes/Clutches, etc.), JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, HANDBAGS, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS (Bras, Panties, Stickies, Straps, Slips, etc.) DISCOUNTED AND SALE MERCHANDISE. NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER!


Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Jordynscloset.com reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that is not in the original condition. We lovingly inspect each item before we ship. Damage or omission of any items or items returned outside of the terms set forth by jordynscloset.com will result in a RE-STOCKING FEE of 20% which includes shoe boxes.

Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days from the date your order was shipped. Anything after the 10 day period will be considered an unauthorized return. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and there will be no reimbursement given. Jordynscloset.com reserves this right and you are explicitly agreeing to all terms set forth on this page at the time you place your order.




RETURN STEPS:

1) Call 512.829.4451 or email info@jordynscloset.com and give the reason for your return. If your return request is accepted, you will be given an RA#.

2) Ship the merchandise back to our store. We must receive the return within 10 days of the date in which you were given the RA #. Write the RA# on the outside of the box. If we do not see the RA# on the outside of the box, the shipment will be refused and considered an unauthorized return. Include a letter explaining the reason for return along with your original receipt.

3) We will process the refund according to your original payment. Jordynscloset.com reserves the right to refund the CURRENT selling price on all items. Again, any items that are discounted or on sale are FINAL and cannot be returned.

SHIPPING:

UPS shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the weight of the items you have ordered. Shipping rates are based US addresses only, excluding Hawaii. We also offer next day and second day service within the US as well as international shipping options. Jordyn’s Closet is proud to ship worldwide.

Jordyn’s Closet will not deliver to PO Boxes.

If UPS does not deliver to your address, just note that info during checkout and we will make other shipping arrangements.

If the order will be shipped to an address within Texas, then sales tax of 8.25% is applicable.

By placing an order online at jordynscloset.com you have agreed to all the terms set forth on our website.

If you would prefer not to order online or are having difficulties placing your order online, please call our order line at 512.829.4451 between the hours of 10AM and 7PM CST.

When you select "Checkout" you will be directed to a secure site to enter your billing, shipping and payment information.

GUIDELINES:

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10 AM CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 7 PM CST, Monday thru Friday and Saturday or Sunday, will begin processing the next business day, and shipped within 48 hours. Jordynscloset.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
